Happy New Year 2025 to all our patients!
Keep your eyes peeled for our open days! In January we will be holding Composite Bonding open evening, where you can attend exclusive evenings of complimentary* consultations and small refreshments at the practice. Come see us outside of clinic hours to find out more about how we can help you achieve your dream smile!
Composite Bonding Open Evening will be held on the 31st of January at 5PM, finishing at 8PM. Online booking will open soon. Our dentists Joanna, Elsie and Vasileios, who provide composite bonding treatment, will be on site to consult you on whether composite bonding is for you and if so, how to move forward with treatment.
*To secure your booking a £20 fee will apply (fully refundable if you go ahead with the treatment).

Composite Bonding
Do you have a chipped or cracked tooth? Or do you have a gap between your teeth that you would like to close? Or stains that whitening cannot remove? If so, the cosmetic dental procedure involving applying the tooth-coloured resin to your teeth, also known as composite bonding, is for you. Our dentists are able to offer both freehand technique and injectable moulding technique to apply your treatment.

Dr Elsie Liontou offers clear aligners with the Invisalign® system, together with our Lead Nurse Lisa B. Anyone over the age of 16 can benefit from Invisalign® treatment. Book your consultation today. If you don't qualify for treatment, we will fully refund the cost of your consultation.

Unsure what hygiene appointment to book?
Did you know that - according to the World Health Organisation - around 45% of the world's population suffer from oral diseases? One of the ways you can reduce the risk of being part of those 45% is to attend your hygienist appointments.
At Mint Dental Care Kingseat we have our dedicated hygienist Dr Jithin Jose as well as our dentists who can complete your hygiene appointments. If your dentist recommends it, you can choose between the basic NHS hygiene appointment, the more comprehensive private hygiene treatment, or Guided Biofilm Therapy® (GBT) which is the most extensive and also preventative hygiene treatment.
What is GBT®, you wonder? After your examination, if your dentist recommends it, an organic dye will highlight dental plaque. Air, water and erythritol powder spray will remove plaque and stains from your teeth, using Airflow® Max technology. Then if needed, any plaque from gum pockets will be removed with Perioflow®. Lastly, gently pulsating warm water removes hardened deposits and any calculus using Piezon®. The hygienist will then have a final look, and you will be done. The whole process lasts only half an hour. Comfortable, painless, and removes up to 100% of the harmful bacteria with lasting results.
