Open House for Invisalign® and ClearCorrect® with Dr Elsie Liontou and Dr Gillian Wardrope on the Saturday 10th of May 2025 between 09.00 and 12.00. 

On the 10th of May, the practice will be open exclusively for an Invisalign® and ClearCorrect® Open House.

How is this different from a normal consultation? 

• You will not need to pay £80 for the consultation - it is free*; 
• You will receive a small goodybag after your appointment;
• Tasty refreshments will be available while you wait for your appointment;
• Complimentary intraoral scanning is included - you can envisage the future results.

Dr Liontou and Dr Wardrope both offer clear aligners with Invisalign® and ClearCorrect® systems. Spaces are very limited, so we will ask for a £20 refundable deposit when you book the consultation. Mint Dental Care Kingseat now offers Guided Biofilm Therapy Plans!

In addition to our fantastic Maintenance Plan, we now also offer Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) Plans.

GBT is a hygiene treatment that only a few practice offer locally. A more advanced approach is used, with new techniques and technologies. It's suitable for everyone - we receive it ourselves at the practice - and it's particularly beneficial if you require more frequent hygiene treatments, due to either gum disease or other conditions and ahead of specific treatments.

Our plan GBT2 includes two GBT appointments per 12 months, and the GBT4 plan includes four GBT appointments over the span of 12 months. This means that if you need hygiene treatments (GBT) every three months, GBT4 will be most suitable for you. If you simply want to maintain, then GBT2 is perfect for you. 

With the GBT plans, you can remain an NHS patient while utilising the benefits of the top-tier private hygiene treatment of GBT.

This Month's Treatment in Focus: ICON® Resin Infiltration

Dr Freidriki Vlachou - also known by our patients as Fredy - specialises in ICON® treatment and often receives referrals for this. 

ICON® treatment is a quick, painless procedure that fixes white spots or early tooth decay. A resin is applied to the tooth, blends with the enamel, and prevents further damage. It improves both appearance and protection in a single visit. Patients who have just finished orthodontic treatment (including permanent braces) tend to be especially interested in this, to treat the surface-appearance of their aligned teeth.
